*Interest only, one year renovation loan amounts up to $5 million in funding for investment acquisition. Total loan amount will become due after one year. Approval is based on (ARV) or "As Repaired Value". Eligible properties include single family residences, condos, and 2-4 unit residences. Minimum FICO, down payment, and other requirements apply and may vary by investor. Applicant subject to credit and underwriting approval. Other restrictions apply.
**Eligible borrowers must have a minimum DCSR of .75. Property type restrictions apply. Eligible for fixed and adjustable rate mortgages. Interest only payment options are available.
